Who we are

AI Exam Guru is operated by AiResovia (https://airesovia.com) at https://examguru.airesovia.com.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), preferred language, date of birth (students).
• Academic data: board, class, stream, subjects, practice answers, scores, mastery and weak topics.
• AI Teacher data: questions you ask and the answers generated, used to continue the conversation and improve accuracy.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type for security, rate limiting and audit logs.

Children (under 18)

For students under 18 we request verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before processing learning data. Parents can see progress summaries but not the student's private notes or AI conversations. We do not track children for advertising or show them targeted advertising.

AI processing

Questions sent to the AI Teacher are processed by the configured AI provider under its data-processing terms. API keys are stored only on our server. Do not share personal details in questions.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by contacting support. We respond within the period required by law.

Retention and security

Data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised after account closure, except where law requires retention. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, role-based access and audit logging.
